Exploring opportunities to study in China

LHU and Gia Thanh International Trading Service Company Limited owned by the President of China Anhui Business Association in Vietnam on May 11, 2024 jointly organized the program "2024 China Study Abroad Exhibition" at LHU.

The event saw the presence of esteemed delegates: Mr. Tu Chau - Deputy Consul General of China in Ho Chi Minh City; Mr. Tran Quoc Toan - Deputy Director of Dong Nai Department of Foreign Affairs; Ms. Tran Thuy Tien - Chief of the Office of Dong Nai Union of Friendship Organizations; Mr. Ha Chi Binh - President of the China Anhui Business Association in Vietnam; Representatives of 8 universities from Anhui Province, China namely Anhui University of Finance and Economics, Huaibei Normal University, Soochow University, University of Science and Technology of China, Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Anhui University, Anhui University of Science and Technology and Fuyang Normal University.

From the LHU side, there were Associate Professor. Dr. Nguyen Thanh Lam - Vice Rector; MA. Nguyen Thi Hoang Oanh - Head of the Office of International Affairs; Leaders of the Center of Admissions and Public Relations; MA. Nguyen Thi Nhu Thuong - Vice Dean of the Faculty of Oriental Studies; Heads, lecturers and students of the Department of Chinese Language.

There was also the participation of leaders, students, learners from universities, colleges, and foreign language centers inside and outside Dong Nai province including: Van Hien University, Nguyen Tat Thanh University, Van Lang University, HCM City University of Economics and Finance, Thu Dau Mot University, Dong Nai University, Dong Nai University of Technology, Dong Nai Medical College, Sonadezi College of Technology and Management, Bao Binh Chinese Language and Informatics Center, Quang Chanh Chinese Language Center.

The China Study Abroad Exhibition aims to create the opportunity for students of LHU and other schools in Dong Nai and neighboring provinces to approach and learn about the Chinese Culture and Education, official study abroad information, Chinese Government Scholarships, Confucius Institute Scholarships and scholarships from localities and universities in China.

During the event, the students had the opportunity to talk directly to representatives of leading universities in China, thereby gaining deeper insights into the quality of education and learning environment there. In addition, they received advice and guidance on the visa application process as well as the preparation of necessary documents and procedures to study in China.

The China Study Abroad Exhibition 2024 played an important role in creating opportunities to exchange, learn and open new doors in students' academic paths. The event also demonstrated LHU's commitment to providing comprehensive development opportunities for students.
