41st LHU Science and Technology Festival successfully held

On June 4, 2025 LHU solemnly organized the 41st Science and Technology Festival under the theme "Igniting Innovation and Creativity" at Auditorium A301. This meaningful annual academic event aims to promote scientific research, and innovation among faculty members, lecturers, and students, while also strengthening the connection between the University, businesses, and scientists.

An overview of the event

The Festival was attended by Dr. Lam Thanh Hien - Rector; Dr. Nguyen Thi Thu Lan - Vice Rector; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Vu Quynh - Vice Rector; along with representatives from various units of LHU and authors who are faculty members, lecturers, and students.

This year's event featured more than 120 research projects across various fields. These projects were thoroughly presented, reviewed, and evaluated. They not only demonstrated academic spirit and research abilities but also provided feasible solutions, contributing to addressing real-world problems in daily life, education and production.

Authors winning prizes at the Online Exhibition Competition

To ensure professional quality and effective organization, the Organizers set up eight on-site presentation and evaluation panels across key academic divisions, including Language sector (Faculty of Oriental Studies inAuditorium A301 and Faculty of English Language in Room B401); Engineering sector (Faculty of Science and Food Technology in Room B203, Faculty of Mechatronics and Electronics in Room B402, Faculty of Information Technology in Rooms B403 and B404, Faculty of Civil Engineering in Room I107); and Health sector (Faculty of Pharmacy in Room B405).

This year’s winning projects were highly praised for their creativity, thorough research, and potential for development and real-world application in their specialized areas. On the occasion, the University honored and commended students for their excellent achievements in science and technology competitions, including 18 exceptional projects recognized in the Online Exhibition Competition. This is a well-deserved recognition for the students’ relentless efforts in fostering innovation in their learning and research at LHU.

The 41st LHU Science and Technology Festival continues to affirm the important role of scientific research within the University, contributing to building a dynamic and creative academic environment, promoting practical, innovation-driven training. With an open-minded, proactive spirit and a passion for research, the faculty and students of LHU will continue to uphold their traditions, affirm the education quality, and contribute to the development of science and technology at both the local and national levels.
