The “Secret of the Forbidden Palace” project by the LHU Adley team, mentored by lecturer Bui Xuan Canh and developed by students Bui Binh Minh, Pham Bao Minh The, Hoang Gia Huy, and Vo Tuan Si from the Faculty of Information Technology showcases the beauty of a technological product. But behind that is the story of students who appreciate culture, listen to history, and use creative language to retell long-standing cultural values.

The combination of local knowledge and a global mindset empowered LHU Adley to earn a Special Award in Guangzhou, China, becoming Vietnam’s only representative among the top 7 outstanding teams. This achievement highlights the academic capability and technological thinking of LHU students.

To create “Secret of the Forbidden Palace”, the LHU Adley team underwent an intensive process of cultural research, scriptwriting, graphic experimentation, and continuous programming over several months. From each imperial detail to gameplay mechanics, every element was reviewed, refined, and optimized to preserve cultural identity while meeting international technology standards.

To achieve this result, LHU has been implementing a deep internationalization strategy, including the development of international joint programs, student exchange opportunities, and education accreditation aligned with global standards. Collaborative programs with universities in Japan, South Korea, China, Europe, and partner institutions within the ASU educational system, along with international semesters and study-abroad scholarships, have opened a globally oriented learning environment for students. This foundation enables LHU students to develop cross-cultural adaptability - a vital strategic competency in the knowledge-based economy.

For LHU, this reflects the spirit of “determination and victory” in education, aiming to build an academic ecosystem where students gain early access to international technology, culture, research methodologies, and competitive environments. Such long-term preparation empowers LHU students to confidently step onto the global stage, carrying with them the competence, resilience, and identity of Vietnamese intellectuals.
