    ABSTRACT
The study focuses on analyzing and evaluating the factors that influence the English language learning needs of tourism students at universities in Dong Nai. A survey was conducted among 220 students to identify key factors that affect their ability to learn English effectively. The research findings reveal five main factors: (1) students' learning attitudes and motivation, (2) lecturers' teaching quality, (3) the learning environment, (4) learning materials, and (5) future career prospects. Among these, the learning environment emerged as the most significant factor, with a Beta coefficient of 0.313. The study underscores the importance of understanding these factors to develop practical solutions aimed at enhancing English learning outcomes for tourism students in this region. By addressing these influences, educational institutions can better prepare students for successful careers in the tourism industry, where English proficiency is increasingly essential.
